“ My husband and I went to celebrate Valentine’s Day yesterday evening. There was a bit of a mishap with our order, but we were apologized to on more than one occasion, and a round of drinks were comped as a result. We did not feel that we had to wait long for our food as the restaurant was very busy, but we appreciated their consideration and accountability in the moment, and felt that offering to cover our drinks was going above and beyond for the circumstance at hand. When our food arrived, it exceeded our expectations. We were also able to order the Valentine’s Day dessert special, even though we did not order meals on Valentine’s Day menu, which we appreciated as it added to the uniqueness of our experience. Thanks to Erin and Nicole for taking care of us and making our date night so enjoyable! PS - the blackberry briar might be one of the best cocktails I have ever had! We will certainly be back again soon. ”

“ Last night was our very first experience dining at Sophia & Spritz, and it definitely will not be our last. Our server was Maddie and she was phenomenal, very sweet, and personable, she checked in often to make sure we were happy or if there was anything else we needed. She always topped up our wine for us. We did not have to wait long for our food, or drinks, the food was exceptional and the portions were fantastic. She provided top tier service. On our way out we were greeted with a big smile by the manager Sebastien he thanked us for our business and asked how everything was. We really appreciated that. We can't wait to go back we highly recommend this place, it's a real gem. ”

“ I went here to celebrate my anniversary and I had a great time. The menu is unique and special and the taste was surprisingly worth the money. We had seafood pasta and the Ragu with wine and beer, they were all really good. I’m not big on meat in general so I would recommend the seafood pasta instead. My partner ordered grilled cheese and we both think it was perfect. I’m all for service and ambience everywhere I go so I would grade this place high. The service was alright. They were accommodating. Even though they are located inside the hotel, the vibe was beautiful and intimate. They even gave us dessert free of charge. 10/10 would go back again. ”
